Received letter of Nomination : 17/07/2012
Send the federal application on : 13/08/2012
Application Received on : 14/08/2012
Waiting for the Medical and AOR

Hi YL,

I am a July applicant, but wanted to reply to your post. I saw that you just started here. You need to have at least 10 posts on your profile, then you will get two stars. Then you can update your profile to show your time lines as you can see mine. Follow below directions once you have two stars.

Go to profile tab (top right)--->then left side under modify profile there will be a link "Forum Profile Information". Click that, and there you will be able to provide all your info.

Hi YL,

Well, if CIO thinks that your application is complete you might get your AOR by end of this month. How did you pay the fees? By credit card or cashier's check? If it's by your credit card, you can always track of your credit card statement every day, so that you will be able to know if CIO has charged it.

If you submit your application by yourself, you will receive an email communication regarding AOR and Medical Request. If you have any representative, every communication goes directly to your representative only.

I did my payment via Credit card havn't seen any payment yet hope they do soon
Also I heard that the new process is faster plus i am in the graduate stream of NovaScotia is that true and normally how long does it take for the total process?

I sent my payment through my credit card too, so it should be easy to see when they've taken the money! Hopefully it won't be too long after receiving the package until they open it!

Hi YL,

It's good that you wanna pay with your credit card. As I noticed on this forum, CIO is processing application received around July 10th/11th right now....mine was received on July 12th. So, it might take a while for them to charge your credit card...
