Tracking PNP October 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

See below the instructions that I received for the payment:

Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant

· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one

· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

· Click “Submit”

· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card



Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.

You must send the receipt to CPP-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca .

I'm in the same position. MR request & RPRF request was sent on April 4th 2013. Medicals Received on April 29th, still waiting for my passport request

It is. I believe it went to In Process around the end of April

I got received RPRF Request today, and its saying file transfer to Ottawa, my file went in-Process on May 7th and i found that on 15 th,,
process moving good, i m already paid that fee and sent through E-mail attached scan copy.
All the Best for everyone..

process moving good, i m already paid that fee and sent through E-mail attached scan copy.

Cool, we have almost the same timeline I didn't get RPRF Request though...but I did email them my RPRF receipt before. Mine went in process on May 8th.

My file went in process on 11th march but havenot heard anything back from cic . I stayed in only one country for more than 6 months . i have no dependants . Applied through AINP ( Engineering occupation category ) . Any suggestions ?

Same for me. Went in processing 26 March. received request (mid april) to get a new passport as my current one was expiring. Nothing so far..

I'm new at this site but here is my timeline:



Provincial Nomination Received: 24 Sep 2012
Canadian Visa Office: Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada
Application Sent to Visa Office: 10 Oct 2012
AOR Received Date: 03 Dec 2012
Medicals Requested: 07 Dec 2012
Medicals Done: 08 Jan 2013
Medicals Sent: 23 Jan 2013
Additional Documents Requested: 27 Feb 2013 (Police Certificate from Mexico)


Today, I got an email saying that my file has been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot in Ottawa for further review... it also asked for the RPRF.

"This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada. Your file has been transferred to the Case Processing Pilot in Ottawa for further review.

We wish to remind you at this time that if your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding, you must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa."

I paid online today and send it to the CPPO Cost Recovery email. 8)
