Tracking PNP July 2012 applications to Nova Scotia

I am worried about this refusal of entry to US if I do the flagpole, I have holiday plans for June as I am meeting family in New York so how do you know it is not permanent refusal? was the border guy horrid? Did you tell him that you were needing to leave canada to land back as PR.

I had 2 refusals and got US visa after that. It's non-official refusal. They know about it - FLAGPOLE.

I just sent my Passport to ottawa today. and,

my online status has changed into >>> Decision Made


congratz on landing and ppr folks. Keep hoping for one who is still waiting.

me too, decition made, just sent my passport friday night, still processing in postal facility.

I am a march applicant.
my timeline--
Application received ottawa March 22, 2012
Medical 25 May 2012

After that i have not heard anything from them, after numerous emails no reply.
Did any of you guys applied for GCMS notes.
I recently got my GCMS notes and the last update on my file was in june when they received my medical. my file shows only criminality in progress, medical is passed, security not started yet, eligibility not started, i dont even think any officer has been assigned to the file either.

Seniors please advise how long criminality checks take ??

Please anyone whose status shows same thing and yet didnot ask for PPR . Is it stone or bkkkk same thing with your ecase status.

It means exactly what it says on the tin! They've processed your application and made a decision! I imagine you'll hear from them very shortly. Are you using an immigration lawyer?
