Hi everyone!!! Sarayu I read ur post you got already your extension nomination,, heey, congrats and belated happy birthday I know it's too late, ,verveiko how's ur status? Mine is, they start processing on oct 23 my medical done is oct 17, any idea what is the next step and how long it takes?

You are just behind me. according to june applicants, it takes 20~32days to get ppr

your medical done on oct 17 and start processing on oct 23 a u kidding me? my med was done on oct 15, but i'm not sure if they send it to cic, in yukon in takes time to get results.

update: just found out my medical was only sent on the 12th ocotober to ottawa (medical exam was on the 17th sept). This is due to the secretary at the office placing my paperwork in her pending file by mistake, so am hoping that this will not delay my application by 3 weeks. As most who had september exams are starting to show medicals received and in process on there ecas status'. I am a little annoyed as this was not a delay I would have expected.

Hi Jo-Anne,
I just found out last week that my medical exam was delay sending out from the dotctor's office too!
I did my exam on Sept 7th..and the office said they sent out on Oct 17!!! that's so late...no wonder I have not see any updates on my ecas...I am so frustrated.. This means I will have to probablt wait another 3 weeks for it to update the status on ecas...hopefully it will be sooner!

I am planning to move to another province once I receive my PR but I am thinking to move earlier. I don't know if this will mess up my application or not..I know I will have to update the address and everything with CIC but I wonder of the Province might have an issue?

The province nominates you because it is expected that you would settle in the province thereafter....I am thinking you might will sabotage your application if you move before PR...After PR its all grey area and there is not a defined rule yet....
