I have just got nominated

I am sending RPRF along with my application for permanent Residency to Sydney Nova Scotia.

I dont yet have a file number as referance, what shall I write behind the draft. I was thinking I'll mention my name.

Also shall I make 2 drafts one for my husband and one for me.

Lastly, RPRF being payable to "Receiver General for Canada"

Bankers ask for Place like which city its is payable at like New Delhi or Buffalo etc etc. Say for example if your Visa Office is New Delhi shall I mention that.

In the Q. 8 of Schedule A about personal:

Provide personal history since the age of 18 or last 10 years which ever comes first. What does this mean

IF a person date of birth is 01-01-1960 then will he provide personal history since 1-1-1978 or since 01-01-2002 assuming he is filling application form in 2012 ?

Dear Arum,
Simply means for the period 2012 - 2002 if you are 18 years old or older.
if you are younger then it should cover the period from 2012 to the year you reached 18 of age even if it was last year.
since you are asking about a person born in 1960, then it covers 2012 - 2002.
it was the case with me. i provided for 2012 - 2002 and every thing passed and things are ok

i am excited to tell you that i got CC charged and it just showed up today online it was charged on 4th of OCT 2012
