Hello Everyone,

Today 5th/March/2013, i got my PPR !!!! It has been a journey of many months with many heartbreaks but gradually it coming to an END. Want to say a BIG thank you to everyone that gave me all the words of encouragement when am down.

Hello Kamya,

I only submitted the normal Police Certificate issue to my by Novia scotia Police Service and i applied for GCMS once on the first week of January 2013.

Ojeola, Congratulations! One question about paying your right of permanent residency fee ... did you wait until you were asked to pay it, or did you send it in before? I've done medicals, and I'm "in process" but I've yet to pay my right of permanent residency fee. I noticed some people got a request to pay it with their medicals.

Thanks, i didn't wait for them to ask me to pay the RPRF before i did. I made the payment online and send them the PDF receipts with my information filled on it.

Go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-personal.asp, Print out the forms and fill the and scan back to the email address they provided with your supporting document. And if you are in Canada then you will only need to provide a scan copy of your drivers licence or something that can prove your residence address in Canada.
