its weird one of my friend received his card in less than 3 weeks from Montreal.
he submitted 15 sep 2020 and received on 10 oct 2020.
Yes, I have seen many people from Montreal office getting the PR Cards quite quick. Unfortunately, that wasn't my case
I used webform twice and I called them twice but every time they told me they are processing applications and I have to be patient!
It seems some have been asked to resend photos electronically since theirs have not met photo requirements
I am.not sure. our photos have been more six months old, which is the expiry of the photos

The PR Card is sent via Canada post a a regular mail. It can take 7-15 business days. Most PR cards are processed at Nova Scotia, and depending on where you are in the Court, it can range from 5-15 business days.
That doesn't make any sense! At time of delivery/submission, the photos were a few days old! Now, after 7 months of waiting, it would be frustrating if they asked for new photos. The delay in processing is not on the applicant!

Not meeting photo requirements does not necessarily mean 6 months old. It could be a smile in the photo, not enough lighting or not even not meeting the measurements so it can be anything.
No processing time available at this time. Mine one delivered on Dec 2 and I didn’t even get any ghost update after that.
Hi, how did you get your "Application Linked"? I've sent the photos and the confirmation letter to the Vancouver Office on Nov 25, 2020 (delivered there by tracking info on Nov 26), but I have no communication since them. Thanks.
