Hi, Below PR Card timeline:
COPR and e-landing 21 October 2020 ( Etobicoke Office)
Pictures delivered 26 October 2020
PR Card application GU 13 November 2020
PR Card application approved 16 November 2020

The immigration lawyer that helped us for the PR process has recommended us to re-submit all the photos again (first delivered by July,8th). She believes that they have lost the photos and the won't admit it 
. So I think we will be doing that over the weekend, because it is not 4.5 months..

Thats a good sign. Tomorrow might be your 2nd GU and it’ll show approved. Thats the most common pattern as it happened to me too.

My photos were delivered in June still no update.

My photos were delivered on the same day! What do you mean it sent to Sydney? Your visa office is Edmonton or Sydney?
Photos were delived to Edmonton office. And last time I called CIC, they said it’s currently processing at sydney office. Don’t know what does that mean!
They do work load sharing. Just dont complicate things. It wont matter where your card is being transfered and processed from. Just wait and you will have your turn soon.
