Thanks for the link, much appreciated.
The problem is, my wife has just landed on 9th and we are in self isolation for 14 days. She doesn't have any address proof here. However, I have the DL and other documents as I am staying in Canada for last few years. Can she apply with my DL and her passport copy and marriage certificate to prove that she is my spouse and we are staying together? I know this is little complected, hence need your advice.
I have no idea , so i can't assure you ! To my knowledge it should work if you are showing marriage certificate as a proof .

For more information call to this 1-800-622-6232 or nearest Service Canada the agent will reply you shortly !

Hope this helps !

Go to your GCkey account and link their PR card application using their UCI numbers and other details as asked on the site.

same here - no luck linking PR card application to CIC account
The trick is to write birth place. First try with exactly how it's written in PP (including space or comma). It it doesn't work write it exactly as it's printed on COPR.
