I came from a different country in Asia and landed at Vancouver airport

IT's so true !!! I am so stress now as i have a flight booking for 26 june then i must cancel because of this

u can travel and apply for PRTD When u need to come to canada .it cost 50$ ..think before u cancel ur booking

I got the same answer from CIC agent on phone. They said they have card production issue. When did you land ?

I landed on 28th April 2018. Wonder how much is the delay in this situation.

I am curious myself. There is not any timeline listed for a PRTD. I have read it took a few days for some and several weeks for others. The big thing here is that you must submit your original passport. So that can cause issues if it takes longer than when you plan to return to Canada.

I've got rejected and my representative told me that it is becuz of round corner of the picture (not square).
anyone got approved even your photo is round corner?

Can we have some more inputs, I hope it is not true that photos are rejected because of round corners. I had photo request and I took the photos from Costco and sent it on June 1st and they had round corner.

yes, no updates, Spoke to them a few days ago as well. They also confirmed there are no updates on my application.

No idea what is happening anymore.
