For your information,
Landed March.13 in YYZ,
Photo requested April.25,
Photo sent April.25,
......
(I really hate when they ask you for new photo and so you will have to wait another 57 days period, IT IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!)
And the photo they have in file was taken by COSTCO professionals in Feb with clear instruction. It cant be wrong, totally unreasonable.
I think after photo request it takes 30 days on avg. once they receive the photos. Just an observation.

I just called them to check status of my resubmitted photos. Again they said they have no information on my photos since 'They just opened today 15th March photos'. I am hearing this same sh*t since past 2 weeks. This PR card process is pretty fcked up. I will just apply for PRTD when I decide to travel to Canada again.
Man,
I have landed on Feb 10, 2018 in YYC. Have not heard a single thing from them (i.e. photo request etc.). Called few times to the call centre, they kept saying their card production is back logged and will take 2-3 more weeks from now! After attempting 50 times over last couple months, I was able to link my application last Monday, says application in progress. Today is the 75 th day of my landing whereas the regular processing time is 57 days. So frustrating.... :/

I choose UCI and Last name and plus other required details like DOB, Place of Birth etc... it says no match found. was it the same case you for you before?

Yeah, I tried every single method for at least 50 times. Then all on a sudden, on Monday I was able to link with UCI and Last name. I am guessing it is something from their end, when they update the file or something, it links. Even though, officially they always say first card can not be linked. Weird.

Got it. This will save my efforts lol. Not trying to link it again.

I landed in Canada place Edmonton on Apr 17. But i couldn't link PR card application to my account. :(

guys, heads up, your delayed PR card might be caused by human mistake!!! long story short, two and half months ago the ground border agent forgot to confirm my official PR status in the system when I and my husband landed together, my husband received his card 1 month ago, one CIC officer sent border a note 3 weeks ago, I faxed my CoPR paper to them 2 weeks ago, another CIC officer sent them an internal message 1 week ago, and they are still not cooperating and they don't reply anything. Called CIC today, CIC said these is nothing more they/us can do but wait.

try after 2-3 weeks, I landed in Edmonton Cic on april 5, linked mine last friday. Also, since you are from China, like me, when you enter born city you should enter the one on your landing paper (which is a province, not technically a city), don't use the city name on your passport.

My wife's PR card timeline:

Landed: 25 November 2017, Toronto Pearson

Acknowledgment received from CIC that PR card application was received: Jan 10, 2018

Filed information about the PR card: In Canada Case Specific Enquiry - Permanent Resident Card - Initial Card: Feb 27, 2018

Reply received from case-specific enquiry (CIC): Submit two photographs, March 9, 2018

Photos submitted & received: March 12, 2018

PR card received: April 11, 2018

Never got any letter from CIC about the photographs, we found out through case-specific inquiry.
I have almost the same situation, got my PR card as well as my spouse and one child PR card on April 16th after landing March 4th. Called CIC on Tuesday and was told by the agent that my other child had an old address on the system and a different email address in her name that they sent request for photo. If I didn’t call them I wouldn’t find out this information because my profile still shows that no further document required for her. Sent off her photos Tuesday evening so waiting on her PR card now.

Hi!!
I am new in here. Actually I read when people share the experiences everyday and I found that was very helpful. I would like to share my timeline here too.
Landing at CIC Vancouver on Mar 9 and be able to link the profile online on that day.
Checked status online. It changed to update for a few minutes and changed back to summited on April 20.
I called CIC on April 23 and they said my card is in production, if nothing wrong like require a new photo, they will send my card within a few weeks.
In the same day, April 23. I checked status online changed to Approved!!
April 24 got email from CIC that my account has been updated.
Finally today April 26, I have got a PR card in the mail. I am so relieved.

Good luck everyone:)

I had reported my similar situation before. Check my posts. Where did you become a PR? Contact CBSA at that port, speak to an Immigration Superintendent who will fix it.
