8882422100, 2, 3, 4, 0. Don't trust what it tells you about the wait time to speak with an agent. Mine went from 27 minutes to 1 minute (after about 10 minutes) to 1 minute again to 7 minutes to 1 minute lol. They asked for my UCI number, and confirmed my personal details before checking on the status of the application. Good luck.

You have to link your PR card application to your MyCIC account (link on your main page after you log in to your MyCIC)

So just now my application got updated and it is approved. No update on wife's application though still.
Landed 14 September.

HOWEVER, under the document status where it mentions the card's number and expiry date, it incorrectly shows my wife's passport number under "Travel document number" instead of mine!! Is this a problem or we could just ignore this info here? Is one's passport number even printed on the PR card? This is a bit weird.

Called them, they apologized for the mistake and said it's just an internal matter which they'll correct, it doesn't affect my PR card in any way since passport number is not written on it. And just today we received a request for new photos for my wife!

more or less how many days after landing you can see some changes in your CIC account? I landed on 2 October and still nothing (43 days). The problem is that I will leave in less than a month, and I booked the plane back in April. Is there any way to check the status other than the CIC account? I tried to call this morning but they told me that there was a 50 minutes waiting so I gave up.

MyCiC is unfortunately the only way. You could call them up not sure if they're able to update you. Don't be put off by the waiting time sometimes it's cut when people drop off the queue. Typically people see changes approximately 7-10 days before the 61 days mark. I think you should be fine IF you're not then asked to resubmit photos.

I have given a temporary address when I landed. Then I sent an address change form via FAX.
Now I am worried if they will send it to my new address.
Does anyone here send an address change form via FAX got their PR card to the correct address? Please comment

Try again linking and make sure that while attempting to do so, you enter THE EXACT birth place as printed on their passports. E.g. CITY NAME, STATE (put a space after the comma, if it is written that way in passports). I think that should work. All the best!

I have tried all the possible combinations, however we couldn't link our applications till date.
Fortunately we have received all our PR cards on 10th Nov 2017.

Status changed today: APPROVED

Landed on 28th September . However spouse's and child's applications are still in process.

Finally !! its all Done now received my Pr card yesterday. PR card application approved on Tuesday last week and received the card Yesterday.

Try calling first thing in the morning (8 am). The wait time might be shorter. I did that yesterday and it was less than 30 minutes, which is still long but not as bad as 50 minutes.

Please, people that got their applications approved, how lomg did you stay on "Additional documents you provided are being reviewd" before the approval?

Mine is still being reviewed but the application has been approved. I don’t think the status will change
