I believed I entered the right information, because they said they find my information. However it is empty & show no data available.....

My PR card application was submitted July 20, a day after I landed in Canada (July 19), and I just link my application first week of October. So I don't know if it takes a while after the PR card application was submitted for those information to be populated in our MyCIC account.

Linking your PR card application to your MyCIC account is the most convenient way to keep track of it's progress rather than calling IRCC to ask for updates. You can check whether the application is Approved or In Progress. However, the best time to phone IRCC is when your application past the processing time.
When you see the application has been Approved , you will have to wait at least a week to receive them by mail.

Thanks a lot. While trying to link PR card application with CIC account, I see a question 'Date you became a permanent resident ', can you plz advise which date is considered the 'date you became a permanent reside'? is it the date of landing ?. Thanks.

Keep in mind they did system updates last night. Each time they do, something grows awry and doesn’t work correctly. God only knows what they broke this time. ‍

I HAVE LANDED ON 17TH AUG AND 63 DAYS PERIOD HAS EVEN PASSED. NEITHER I HAVE HEARD FROM CIC FOR PHOTO REQUIREMENT NOR I CAN LINK MY APPLICATION TILL DATE... BEEN CALLING CIC TOO BUT NOT OF MUCH HELP...

Probably need to enter principle applicant details instead of family members.

It means they're processing your picture and all. My status changed to approved 3 days after they said they were reviewing addtl docs.

My status changed to "We are reviewing your additional documents". So looks like they are checking my pictures now. I would call in a day or two to see if they need new photos.
