Landed on 17th April at Peace Arch,

Haven't received card yet. I surpassed two months i.e 60+ days.

Judging your cases, my case has been pretty on time (60 days). You should allow some 70 days for the wait and avoid a quick trip outside Canada during your first two to three months of stay. Even if it won't come within some 50 days, the expiry date of the card will be set like two months after your landing, so the delayed delivery will be "evened" out, unless you are so desperate to travel abroad for any reason which would require another travel document issued by this country.

Landed on April 21st, 2017. Still waiting for card, 60 days already.
Called twice to CIC received the same answer which is in production.

I wonder why the status of PR card application does not show on the system?!
I have tried checking the status using the COPR number and it shows me no record of process
furthermore, I have send inquiry about the status of the application and it has been almost 8 working business days and no response yet

Hi guys,

I'm still awaiting PR card. Landed 28th April. I need to make a trip to the US by July 1st. I was thinking it would take less than 60 days for the card processing but now I'm not sure. Do I need my PR card to travel by land to the US? I have valid Canadian and US visas on my country's passport.

Damn, folk who landed on April 15 havent got their cards yet?

I don't understand how this works?
Why every applicant has different time of processing?
Is CRIC checking an application again or what?

Called CIC two weeks ago, the agent told me "should be sent out no later than June 14th"
Called again today, the agent told me she didn't see anything on her system so she sent a note to the processing centre.
=> Landed on April 23rd

Landed on April 23 myself. ridiculous that we have to call those people up to remind them to send out our cards. Jesus what a total clusterF
