Hello, folks!

I know I can call up CIC but just curious to know when I am trying to check the status online, it doesn't give any feedback, says application process may not have started blah blah blah!
Please can anyone share the right link to track the status or calling up is the only option ?

I landed on March 10th 2017.

If anyone wants to phone CIC to ask about their PR card processing, it's 1888 242 2100, then press 2 3 2 0 to get through to an agent. Just have your client number ready and they'll ask you for full name, date of birth and country.

I don't think we have ant feasibility to check status online.

Is there any specific reason, why they are requesting photos again? Any thoughts??

On a paper I got, it said that the photos I sent them originally, didn't meet the requirements. I took exactly the same photos with the same photographer and everything was fine. To me it looks like a mistake was on their site but that's only an assumption.

I called them today, the agent was very friendly and told me the card was in final stage... and I might have to wait for another 3-4 weeks.
He hadn't seen any photo request YET. And said they'd gathered all the document needed and at the moment was just waiting for the card to be minted.
BUT, before they mail the card, I think there's always a chance of getting a replacement photo request. And I may have to wait for 3-4 weeks to get a photo request instead.

Not sure about the link.
And I waited 25 mins. UCI is needed for the agent to pull the file.
I think it's clear that we have to wait a little bit more to find out what's really going on. We get the card or send a new photo.
