My card finally arrived! They sent it to the wrong address and it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive but phew!

Quick question: How can we know card is in production ? do they send email or update CIC profile ?

Call cic and select options for PR card and they can let you know. You have to provide your UCI number.

Did my landing in Coutts, AB on 25th Feb, 2017. Still nothing. Wait time is 45 Days so hopefully 11th April

I called CIC two weeks ago and was told that everything is alright with my application, no photo or additional documents needed.

I called them again today and guess what. They said they sent me a letter requesting a copy of landing document and new photos.

This is very frustrating, it's been 58 days since landing.

How come people who were sent letters for replacement photos never actually received the letters!
It's year 2017, can communication come through email?

i called IRCC call centre and they said mail has been sent back to processing centre because canada post was unable to deliver it to my mailing address. I was like my friends have received their cards to this address and I had received my passport, work permit and other documents to exact same address the agent was like - we can resend it & please wait for another 3-4 weeks. :'( :'(

I received that letter today and I've re-sent them my photos and all required documents today. Hopefully it will go through this time ...
