No docs, just the received letter and 2 photos of each applicant.

Address is mail to:
Case Processing Center - Permanent Resident Card
PO Box 4500 – PRC Mailroom
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6L1

Check the address in your letter for any future changes.

Once I travelled outside Canada, photo request reached my house :D. A friend sent the photos for me and PR card arrived 2 weeks later!!!

I already got a multi entry "Permanent Resident" visa valid for 1 year on my passport.

Got my PR Card on 6th Sep and spouse PR Card on 7th Sep.

My card processing date: 29th Aug
Spouse card processing date: 31st Aug

So it took around 3-4 business days for card delivery.

We both Landed on 29th July.

Hi guys
I see lots here needing to re-submit photos. What is the current accepted photo size?

So I just called as it's been 7 weeks since I landed, and I was told that they did not have my address on file, even if I had written it down on my COPR upon landing. >:(

Landed at Pearson on July 31, PR card received on September 8.

I had old (smaller photos) on my COPR and while landing at the airport, I gave new photos to the officer who has removed the old ones and attached the new ones to the COPR.

Good luck to everyone!

Landed on July 22 family of 5 , 3 Cards were received on Sep 1 , 1 card received on Sep 6 , 1 card has photo rejected , letter received on Sep 3

Photo resubmitted on Sep 5th , hoping the last card will be received within 2 -3 weeks

Good luck for everyone

My PR card picture looks like a homeless late night Walmart shopper who hasn't slept for 3 days. Anywhere i show my ID i put my thumb on the picture so they can't see it

Instructions should be on PPR email of what to send, where, and how.

If from visa exempt countries you need to send passport copies, photos, and copy of PPR email

If from countries where VISA is required then you need to send passports, photos, and copy of PPR email.

Make sure you bring to the photographer the photos instructions (there is a link for it) or they can reject them and you will have to resend the documents/photos.

He asked for PR card duplicate photo request details not Passport request info.
