Landed Feb. 17th. Received PR Card April 18th...finally :)

Coincidentally, we both landed on the same day. Received mine on April 14th. Congratulations!

Hope you are enjoying your time in Canada. I know I am. :)

Hi everyone,

The address for PR card has to be in Canada, correct? Can I give a friend's address?

Landed feb 25
Card received apr 21
Exactly 56 days!!
See you guys at citizenship time

Landed on 18th February at Pearson. Still waiting for PR card. Never been asked for photos.

Called CIC today. The agent was nice and checked my status. PR card for my wife has been released on 11th April and it will arrive anytime. But mine has not been processed/not completed. She said she was going to send a note to Nova Scotia. ::)

Hi guys,

The address for receiving PR card, does it have to be a residential address or can it be a mail box (P.O box)?
Has anyone used P.O. Box

Thanks

Hello,

I have recieved my pr card on 22 April did landing on 20 February 2016 at rainbow bridge.

Anybody who landed in March got their PR card? I booked an air ticket to go back home in May but still waiting for PR card. Landed on March 12/2016 at Carway Alberta.

I don't know how people are so lucky (who got their PR card already). This wait is getting so long. I did my landing in January on rainbow bridge. Received photo request in Feb and sent(received by them) in March. Now it's been more than 1 month after sending my photographs and almost 4 months otherwise.

I called CIC today. Customer representative was very rude. He verified my details first, put my call on hold to check the status, came back and said it's not even in process yet? 4 months and not even in process? I ask him about why it's not in process and how much time it can take? He said he doesn't know anything about it. He said if they sent you request and you already sent it then that's it and if they need anything else they will ask you. WTF >:(
