I have to stay in Canada and can not travel to other counties at all.

In May 2016. What if i get PPR when I am at India. Can I send my Passport to
Local embassy to get the visa stammped

once you get ppr email, you have 30 days to send your passport.

so if you are not returning within 30 days then you can email them to transfer your office to local embassy in india. and then you have to wait for their reply before sending your passport to local embassy in india.

Next week 49-60 then 60-90 then 90-120 then 120-180 then 180 to infinity

again.. wtf..

Can we use the above application to make Change of Address once PR card application is filed at landing? I have not landed yet, so my UCI number doesn't work with the above. Can someone who has landed and waiting for PR check if its working for you?
