how come i can not link my pr card applicantion to my cic, landed on march 23, from coutts border
Linking the card does take a while I guess. I landed on Feb 23, but was only able to link it on March 18
Cic slowed down again i guess .

I think so. Hopefully they speed up again. Why do some people get photo requests ?
I think most of them are who took theiŕ photos from outside of canada . It is very rare to redo photo for inland applicants.
Mostly because they arrive in Canada more than 6 months after CoPR. They want latest photos (less than 6 months old).
Or
If the photos are 'bad' as per IRCC specs.

No, I didnt have to provide any new pictures. They were happy with the one I had on my COPR.
