I friend of mine recently got ADR, he uploaded the document same day, after 2 days he received IRCC email showing that they have received the document and they started looking at it, but the application status has changed to Cancelled and when he clicks on see full application status, it shows the application is still in progress and no decision have been made yet.
He called IRCC and the agent confirmed that the application is still in progress and for some reason he don't know why it's showing cancelled.
Is it a system glitch because he is living under high stress right now ?
