You would need to find an employer willing to give you a job and got through LIMA process. Takes about 5-6 months to get a LIMA approved.

Finding an employer to go through the LIMA process will be difficult. Also remember if CBSA feels you are not coming to Canada as a visitor, they can deny you entry even if you have a TRV and send you back.
