My parents visa rejected 3rd time!! 1st time they added my unmarried 28 year old brother the reason given was 'family ties'.
2nd time parents only applied, they gave 2 reasons 'family ties' and 'daughter's status' well my PR was not finalized at that time.
now after my 'PR' has been finalized they applied again, now they have given a number of reasons "financials" are one of them well i was not working that i can cover next year after filing taxes. my question is what is "weak travel history"? and "family ties"? my parents have travelled to Australia back in 2009 stayed there for 20 some days, while the visa was valid for 6 months. they have not travelled a lot overseas.
secondly about family ties, only me and my 2 kids live here in Canada. rest the entire family is in India, from both paternal and maternal side that too in the same city, Chandigarh. My brother is now married and has a business to in the same city. I need help! should i apply 4th time for a tourist visa? or apply for the 'supervisa" my mothers passport is expiring soon so is it worth applying for supervisa?
