I applied for a tourist visa from India on 19th April as a group for my wife, son, mother, and myself, and I am the primary applicant. All three of us have an appointment for biometrics, except my mother. I raised a query with IRCC with a web form but am still awaiting a response. Any inputs on the timeline and if I need to do anything? Unable to track it and unable to reach an agent.

Your mother is not part of your application. She applies separately with her own account. Your dependants are spouse and children under 22. She is not a dependant. Once she does, she will get an appointment. Nothing to raise a webform or contact IRCC about.

You will have to ask for a refund from the IRCC webpage. You will need to pay again because she needs her own account. She shows her own funds, travel history, ties to home country and reasons to travel.
