Toronto resident landing at Vancouver

I am a Toronto resident and has always traveled from Toronto airport, but if i fly Toronto airport then can i fly back to Vancouver airport.
I have PR card only not the Canadian passport.

If you are already a PR, you can arrive at any Canadian airport you want to.
