I know everyone of us is working in a job that has nothing to do with his qualifications. As a matter of fact, this is not fair and we must deal with it and have our qualification assessed in our new homeland.
Personally, the best way to do that is to form a study group and meet IN PERSON, because communicating with each other on line is boring and less encouraging. If we meet in person that can be much more effective.
