Toronto or Vancouver?

I have been accepted at 2 colleges, Toronto and Vancouver, so I dont know which of both cities are better to study, perhaps Toronto is cheaper but too big and crowded, any experience about those cities?

In Toronto you will be living and studying with MNC's around you.
Vancouver!!! come on .... its 5th best livable city in the world.

if its MBA finance then your option should be Toronto.
