i planning to do diploma(2 yr) in civil from algonquin college ottawa.
which will give me a work permit for 3 years and within this time i will apply for pr and hopefully get it.
my Q is that getting a btech degree after a gap of 3 years holds the same value as it holds in a 4 year program?
and is it also valid back in india?
