i want to apply spouse visa from tokyo. i got married last month in pakistan. Now i am in japan as i am doing business in japan and my wife(Canadian) is also with me in japan on Vistor visa.Next month she is going back to canada and apply for my Spouse Immigration.I just want to ask as i am pakistani national so i need to supply documents according to paksitan region or as required for tokyo. i mean i need to submit my pakistan marriage certificate( Nikkah Nama) Or do i need to fulfill japanese requirments i mean japanese family register etc.Also is it better that i will arrange one year Dependent visa of japan for my wife and also make her allien registeration (Does it make any good impression) or just let her go back to canda as it is.

How long have you been in Japan and are you of legal status in Japan.And if your wife goes back to Canada or not is up to you both as you can still apply outland and stay in Japan,she needs to keep her status in Japan legal.But if she is in Japan for too long she will then have to show proof that she is coming back to Canada.

i am in japan since 2008 and my status is legal i am on investor visa.My wife came to japan first time last week she is on 90 days entry.Is it possible that she can go back to canda and apply to CIC and then she back to japan and we wait together here for processing.Also please advice about submission of documents do i need to supply japan region checklist or pakistan National Checklist Documents.
