TOEFL or IELTS for FSW/OWP

Hi,

I was preparing for IELTS for applying on Canada and all of a sudden my friend told me that for Canada, it needs TOELF and not IELTS.

Can anyone confirm and clear my understanding please.. Take care!

For English as the first language ... only IELTS (General Training) and CELPIP (General) are the approved test for FSW 2013. TOEFL is not acceptable this time.
