Is the file number given to you by the CPC-M in the email/letter of sponsorship approval the same as the eight digit client ID number on your permanent resident card? Please let me know. I want to send additional documents to CPC-M and before hearing my sposnorship approval. I want to lable the additional documents with my PR card ID client number.

Yes,but they won't match up the documents most likely at Mississauga.
