to go with MS in computer or Master of applied computer science(concordia uni)

Should i apply for MS in computer science or Master in Applied computer science in Concordia University. I want much job oriented degree so that I can easily get in job market. So for which degree should i go.
Which course is easier to get in and are there any major difference between computer science and applied computer science. I am not much interested in research and phd.
Can i complete Master in Applied computer science in two years as it is given all the course must be completed within 4 years.

MS = research, you will need a supervisor without one they will not accept you. chance for taking PHD
Applied = project or course work, dont need a supervisor to be accepted. you cannot take PHD if you take this option
