To All Who Made Medical Examination to Nationwide Health System Inc.

Anyone here who had their application processed in CIC's Visa office in Buffalo, NY?

My husband submitted our application in Buffalo since he's already in Canada. Just wondering ilang months before i-request ang passport for visa stamping after ma-submit ang medical exam sa Ottawa? Is there a way to check the status sa Ottawa? Hirap kasi they discourage doing follow ups within the normal processing time, kaya need your feedback para may idea ko until when kami maghihintay for a decision to be made. We applied under SINP, timeline namin below:

Feb. 2010 - submitted SINP
March 2010 - SINP approved and sent Application for Permanent Residence to Buffalo,NY
June 23 2010 - received request for Medical Exam from Buffalo, NY
August 5 2010 - medical exam results received at Ottawa (as per Nationwide's records)

majority saying that it takes two months for them to sent PPR after medical. kami are still waiting.

hi ana, nope, hindi pako nakakapag bayad,sa nationwide ko ba babayaran un? im sorry i really have no idea..and how much pala ang medical fee sa nationwide? thanks!

Hi! your post gives me a lot of hopes, I received my Medical Request on August 25,2010, nag pa test ako ng urine kasi I have previous history of UTI, last Sept. 8, sad to say ang taas ng WBC 25-30 hpf, so nagtake ako ng antibiotics, and now I repeated my U/A (sept. 13) but still abnormal pa rin and taas ng WBC although malaki na ang ibinababa halos kalahati, ano ang range ng WBC mo nung nagclear yung U/A through drinking ater lang? Kasi gusto ko na talagang mag pamedical, yung UTI ko nas lang talaga ang pinoproblema ko. Thanks

ok nmn dun kmi ng anak ko ng pamedical....actually may UTI nga ko di clear ang urine test ko ..sbi ko gagamutin ko muna ill be back after a week ...sbi skin no need na drink a lot of water lng daw tpos ichecheck nila yung urine ko ..so nka 5 times ako . yun last ngclear n dw urine ko hahahaha kya hapon n ko nkauwi... hehehe...sa anak kong 3 yrs old wala nmn msydo gnwa tinimbang lng at interview..

cguro mbait lng yung ngaasist skin dec.29 kse nun holiday na ....umaga p ko dun ..sbi skin bumalik ako pag pang 3 or 4 urine ko na ...basta sbi lng skin ok na di ko na tiningnan result ngmmdali n cla eh ^.^ inom ka n lng maraming water ...

pamdical ka na ..if ever d ok urine test mo ...pbabalikin k nmn nila . alam ko tlga may uti ako eh gulat nga ko ok na hehe.. .. at least nkapagmedical ka na .... pinsan ko kse january. ng pamedical ... may ginamot pa sa knya ..after a month pinblik cia etc.. etc... pero sa visa nya january expiry date ...

ganon ba,, oo balak ko this coming friday na kami magpamedical siguro naman nabawasan na uli UTI ko LOL! Thank you ule, ano nga pala naging problem ng pinsan bakit kaya ang tagal niya bago pabalikin? And, nakita ko Alberta din pla destination mo, pareho tayo kung sakali

We plan to live in Regina, SK since nandun work ng hubby ko. I just hope ma-receive na namin passport request this September...waiting is the worst kasi hindi ko alam gaano katagal maghihintay, ni hindi makapagfollow up.

Actually, Nationwide gave me a big scare a week after my medical. Pinabalik nila ko for additional x-ray since may nakita daw na spots sa upper lobe ng right lung ko. Then when I got there, nakita ko yung kasabay ko magmedical the previous week and pinabalik din sya for the same reason... So nagsimula na ko mag isip isip.


Then I found out from my husband na yung wives ng mga co-workers nya na nagpamedical na din sa Nationwide, they were called back din for additional x-ray and same din na reason as me.

So ngayon, I'm not as worried kasi parang common ng ginagawa ito sa clinic na yun. But I still worry sometimes if may effect ang additonal x-ray na yan sa medical exam results ko, it's been a month since na-receive sa Ottawa ang results. Wala pa request for passport, but it's still early since I read na 2 months minimum.

Just sharing my experience...
