Tips for a successful BOWP application

Hi Guys,
roadblock While applying my BOWP application,kindly help with the below queries.

1o we need to sign the IMM5710E application after validating, and upload the scan Document?

2:What is your province of destination? If visiting multiple provinces, select the one in which you will be spending most of your time:

do we need to answer the above question while creating cic account ?

My wife is here in Canada with OWP visa that will ends with my close work permit end date, my daughter is on a visa visitor ends with my closed work permit date

So what I was thinking is to apply for both of them with my application but can't guarantee which application is suitable for both of them?!!

What do you think?!

Apply for your BOWP as soon as you are eligible, then when it is granted, your wife becomes eligible for an OWP as the spouse of a skilled worker, which she should then apply for without delay.

No, you don't need to sign the document. The application will be signed digitally when you submit.

2:What is your province of destination? If visiting multiple provinces, select the one in which you will be spending most of your time:

Answer the question with the province you're residing in. Not provinces you want to visit. I live in BC so I put down BC.

do we need to answer the above question while creating cic account ?

It's a hit and miss. Some get it approved in 5 days, for others it takes 15.

Hi All,

This thread is absolutely fantastic, thanks for all of the tips and advice!

I have one question that I haven't seen answered asked/answered anywhere... Can I leave and return to Canada whilst on a BOWP and continue working? I have a wedding back home in the UK that I would get disowned for missing.

I send my application 7th of january and my status on MyCic changed today to approved on 16th of january after 9 days ! Now i guess i have to wait for hard copy via mail?

Congrats! I'm planning to send mine latest on next week. I'll share my experience after.
