Like i have two full time jobs..and i ll need OWP so that to continue working there..

I ll put BOWP ..

It's a straight forward application form.

"Provide all the information."

If you have a PR application in process, you would receive an open permit.

Hi Guys,

I have closed WP and I got my file # so I believe I'm eligible for the BOWP the thing is that my visa office located outside Canada so wondering if im still eligible or not because i read on in this thread [canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t164564.0.html ] that you must be applying from within Canada not from outside Canada.

So wondering if anyone apply for this before on the same conditions!
Please advise.. Thanks

All CEC applications are processed in Ottawa - you may have sent your application to your local visa office but it would have been forwarded on to canada

Where are you physically located? I'm assuming Canada if you're on a WP?

As you're in Canada - you'll send the application to CPC Vegreville, regardless of your country of citizenship.

Thanks guys
Yes I'm in Canada and applied under fsw as I wasn't completed my first year so and as a result of that I selected my home country as the visa office ( Cairo, Egypt)

Do you know if that makes a difference or not? Thanks again

Are we still talking about a BOWP application? There is no place to specify a visa office on the IMM5710 form.

Yes I'm still taking about the bowp and I know that there is no room or entry for the visa office but my guess that they can know which visa office you are

So wondering again if bowp is allowed only if you case processed from within Canada!!
My immigration case is applied as fsw from outside Canada

That's fine. As long as you're currently in Canada and hold a valid work permit + you meet
all other requirements, then you should be good.
