Timing of Applying PCC for my spouse - Please HELP

I am currently working in Canada (from June 2014) and I recently got my PNP and got the ITA from CIC;

I am getting married in India on last week of April; I have time till first week of May to submit my application through EE 2015.

I have almost all my and my wife's documents ready; I am planning to include her as well in my PR EE application.

She is currently in India; can she apply for her PCC and have it ready now? or should I wait till the marriage to get her PCC?

Can anyone please suggest...

Apply now. After marriage, notify CIC of the status change and they will ask for her documents then. Before granting PR, they ask for any change of status anyways.

If you want to include your to-be wife in current application, then you cannot becuase your points were calculated without her being in the application. You will have to decline this ITA and count points anew while including your spouse; which will be after you get married. Because then the points will vary with your spouse included in the application.
