I got s letter on August saying i qualify for pr and so is my dependent child in another country. However it ask i submit application for child to thr visa office in home country. I actually submitted her info with mine when i started in Feb last year. The letter says ircc won't transfer files to the mission. I called cic and agent told me no furthrr action is required and that my daughters file has already been transfered. He said i only needed to if she was over 18. Does anyone have a child outside on their application and what was your case. I just want to make sure I'm on the right path and not doing anything wrong. I had a lawyer that i paid over 3000 to and after submitting all my applications from my claim to my pr he saying he doesnt represent me anymore unless i pay more money. I dont have anymore money. Need help!!
