Timeline for Work Permit

Hello Friends!!
Would appreciate your feedback on the current processing time for work permit of refugee claimant .I applied online on 16th oct2018 but still no update where as one of my friend applied on 23Oct 2018 got the approval

I applied online on October 18. And, my application got approved on November 26. Still waiting for the work permit to arrive in the mail though.

I also applied on Oct16 and received my approval letter Nov29
