I had applied for PR on sep 2006 at Newdelhi office.I have been working as a temporary foriegn worker in Canada since june 2007.I have done my medical on Dec 2007 and received PPR on Feb 2008.I submitted my passport on march 2008.still waiting for my visa.So,what should i do? I got a mail from CHC june 1oth it stated as,my case is in process.CHC didnot ask RCMP clearance certificate.At present I am in India.I came on leave of absence to submit my passport.What is the timeline after PPR at newdelhi office?I checked on E-Cas it shows as Still "In process".I have already filled and sent the forms to extend my work permit to vegreville(AB).Will CHC do the background check in Canada?I have filed my taxes too and got it back.I dont know why CHC delaying my case.I am so confused please help me.
