Timeline for PNP from New Delhi.

There are two processes within PNP.

First you Apply to the provincial government.
Once you receive the nomination from the provincial government then you Apply to the Canadian consulate for PR.

Now to answer your question: Pre Assessed: Simply means we have got the nomination from the provincial government.

Once you have the nomination you can apply from Canada itself you don't have to come to new Delhi.

You need a Pcc when you send your application for the PR not for the first stage.

I suggest you go to the CIC website and read all about the provincial nominee program, that will clear all your doubts.

That's what it looks like, Skilled workers get there visas within a month of medicals sent.
Where as the only one I know who got a Pnp visa from new Delhi last was Adi99 on may 27, it took 2 and half months from medicals for him.
So we still have two weeks to go.
It looks like there are very few PNP cases with New Delhi who have registered on blogs , that's very frustrating as we don't have many people who can share there recent experience.

Well so we can do nothing but wait for CHC ND to start opening the PNP cases and finishing them.

thanks for your replies. it certainly helped me out in sorting initial confusion. i have already received bc pnp nomination and i now need to apply for permanent residency. however i am currently in canada on work permit, so i was wondering once i make my application, would it be transfered to delhi.

one question i am not sure about, after reading on cic website is if i need to send in my police clearance details with the application of permanent residency or would they ask for this later. did you send in your police clearance certificate at the same time you sent the application to delhi embassy. please let me know.

Hey Kan

On your Nomination they must have mentioned the visa office , thats the Visa office you have to send your application to.
You can send your Pcc with the application or send it later when they ask for it. It works both ways.

i am ready to submit my application to manitoba in general stream. i have a query regarding my work experince as i am showing my work experince of three years, i have all the salary details of two and half years but i dont have salary checks statements of first five months as i have got my salary cash.is it ok or it may be some problem if in future they ask proof of those five months ?

No need to get worried buddy, If it had to be refused it would have happened by now.

Mac pal do you know of these cases personally or u heard it from your agent cos they have a tendency of saying things to keep you interested.Also if they have that is great news that means Delhi is picking up pace and our case's are waiting for there BFD.

Prixit I am hopeful in the next two weeks we should get our visas as that is the quickest I have seen anyone get a visa in all forums that I have read.

ya MC you are right but the problem is i only qualify with three year experince otherwise my points will go down to 55.

well they have to send your docs to Canada by regular mail from new delhi, that does take a while.
Also I am wondering , they ask for passports and medicals together with AOR, now you are not allowed to send passports over international borders and this fact is stated on the CIC website, how are you going to manage that.

I think you should send them a case specific inquiry to find a way out. They might move your application to canada for rest of the process.

Thanks MC. I will wait to get my AOR and other requests and accordingly take further steps. Where is details about 'you can not send passports across international borders" ? also PNP or SW apps are not processed in Canada or say outland apps. they are processed in visa offices like ND or Buffalo. Only inland app like Spouse spons'ip are processed in VGC, AB.

i know these two persons personally cupple is from my Village and the second one is my friends's friend
