Timeline for PNP from New Delhi.

this is great news that processing times are getting quicker.

Mine is 2 months today since the processing started so hoping I hear some news soon.

Tim just go to https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas to check your status. They update on tuesdays.

It genrally takes 2 weeks from you submit your application to get medical and PP request.

Do they send receipt number or file number to track the status using ECAS? or do we need to use client id? I sent my app on 28thJul,after how many days, I can see something on Ecas? Thanks,

There is no way to check. It will sty In-process till the decision is made.

They wont update on medicals received , cheque in cashed or passports received.

Its frustrating but u just have to trust your courier company and trust CHC they will encash your cheque whn they are ready.

Best Of Luck , Guys. Dont worry about these things there is no point.

They will send you youe immigration file no to check ecas status with passport and medical request. Within 2 weeks from the time you have sent in your application.

Hi Guys,
My status show first time since I applied to 'In Progress' (We have started processing your application on Aug 4, 2010). I didn't receive AOR etc. Is this mean, they reviewed / accepted the application and ready to process further eg. AOR. medical etc?
I searched using my Client Id.

MC,i sent a mail to high commision regarding my case,and i promptly got a revert that they take 6 months to process the case in provincial nominee category...so will have to wait long :'(

1) In progress - what does it mean ? Details description is there on CIC site but not sure whether it is applicable for PNP's.

Hi guyz, congrats to all , who hav got medicals and PR, best of luck to all who are waiting., i have one question, i am going to fille under mpnp general stream next month, When and for how many months i hav to show my funds, i hav not debited any funds in my account, yet. My account is in Canara bank, do they accept this bank's account, someone told me that they accept only reputed banks like HDFC, SBI etc. is it true??
when embassy guyz will enquire for my job, before apply to delhi, or after, i mean will they enquire before nominate me or after my nomination from delhi???????

Tim , In process simply means they have started working on your file and from now its gonna take between 2-6 months for your visa.
In this period they will check your medicals and conduct a background check.
Mine had been inprocess since 3 june.Now it will change to decision made and mediclas received when ever they are ready with a decision on my case.

Prixit: Dont worry they have just given a standard reply. 6 months is the time when they have to finish a application.
On the cic website it says 2 to 6 months. I am sure it will happen quicker.

Amy: What I know of is that they want to know that the funds are yours and not borrowed, so they should be 3 months or older.
Canara bank is a recognized and reputed bank don't worry.
They will do the job inquiry whn u apply to Delhi.
