Today i received a letter from NDVO that they require my license history of Victoria, Australia. I had sent them during my medicals, they requested at that time also, and i do not have original with me now. I called them up, they said they do no give any info on immigration cases via phone, need to email them,

In an email, they had provided one link for all inquires, should i mail them throw that, if yes, should i provide all that i had already given you the license details during my medicals.

what should i exactly write,

Was it a letter or email ?
If you are having photo copy of that license, please notarized that and send them. I think that will serve the purpose.

also, main australia ph kita si, they also gonna send but you know indian post, it will take time, if they need originals, they will email me again, right

Did you know how long it will take to transfer file from New Delhi Visa Office to CIO Sydney,As I Currently moved back to MB,Canada.I email CIO on 5th Nov,2014 for file transfer request just wondering to get reply Back.
Every reply are important to us. Thank you.

Is there anyone who sent their PR file to CIO NS in september and has received their AOR.

We sent the file in august end and it was received on Sep 2, 2014.
No AOR yet.

Wondering if we should send an email to them enquiring about it.
