Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

Hey guys i m held up at the submission of my mpnp application regarding education documents . for 10th and 12th grade i have only detail mark sheets which was issued from the board and i dont have any other certificate now on this forum somebody told me that your detail mark sheets are the transcripts so you can upload it under transcript head which i have already done but i have to upload some document under degree diploma certificate also as when i try to submit without that i dont accepts . My question to the forum mates is that:-
1. is it right that i m uploading all my detail mark sheets under transcript heading.
2.now if i dont have any other certificate of 10th grade and 12th grade so i should upload same mark sheet under degree diploma certificate heading also as i have to upload something under this heading also.
3.I have detail mark sheets of my masters and uploaded the same but right know i dont have degree with me which i have applied to university two days back so it is possible if submit my application now and send the degree through mail after i get it.

hope to get urgent reply from indian forum mates that what they did ... thank you...

All online applicants are getting AOR from NDVO or they are getting MR directly?

CIC’s goal is to process applications under the Provincial Nominee or the Quebec-selected Skilled Worker Programs within 11 months. This does not include the time it takes the province to process. In order to process an application, we must have all information and supporting documents.

This service standard was implemented in September 2011.

there is no fix tym .. there are lot of people jinna nu kayi kayi saal ho gae.. so we cant predict. there is one simple way... wait wait lol .. waise tuhada kaffi tym ho gya ..

It cant be predicted but still i have noticed on this forum that processing time is almost 11 months after AOR or after ur file got transferred.
Yea its been a year since we got our first AOR.
How about u,,,,
