You got the PPR on 18 Dec 12, and then why they asked for the PPR again on 22-Mar-13???

I m living oversea do I asked for 2 ppr do it won't take much time for stamping but it is same stuff happening... Ndvo is very slow this days other than other countries ...

In my case i got the 2nd AOR from NDVO in June 2013.
Actually my Passport will expire in Apr 2015.
Do i need to renew my passport? or shall I wait for the MR ? Will NDVO ask me to renew the passport before stamping ?

this is latest from Labor Relations Board meeting with PAFSOman of you may have read it already)

"Labour relations board adjudicator Margaret Shannon could dismiss the union’s complaint or rule that the government indeed bargained in bad faith and ordered the parties to enter into a binding arbitration.

The PAFSO spokesperson said the union, representing 1,350 members, has agreed to pull back its job action during an arbitration as a good-will gesture.

Adjudicator Shannon did not say when she will deliver her written decision."

not sure what is going on, my Brother applied for work visa and got it in 2-3 business day in Delhi and on other hand PR cases are suffering, not sure why PR has taken back seat.

Its anybody's guess.

Damn true. In some PNP applicants get that file to NDVO in 1 month and some are in 3-4 months. No fix time. In my case its been more than month after 19th Aug 2013 and yet file has not came back to NDVO.

Hope to hear soon good news about it.

Plz clarify my question.
The validity of Demand draft is 3 months. I delivered rprf fee i.e 980 CAD for me and as well a sfor my spouse on 11.06.2013 with medical.
if the draft validity is for 3 months then it is sure they will take a decision before 11th sept (within 3 month) and send us ppr.

Dear friend,
They can ask for a renewed pp. I think pp must have validity of more than an year at the time of stamping.

Yes, but its better to wait till the time they ask us to renew.
