Is the DM states that my passport has been stamped or will be stamped ?

Hi Davinder,
We cant say that passport has been stamped or not but u will not have to wait much for your maple stamp printed on ur PP. u will receive ur passport back in a week or 10 days and ur ecas address will be updated to a Canadian address.

It means decision has been made on your application and will ask you to submit passport and generally it takes 3-4 weeks to get it back after submission.

So should I give notice period to my company now.

It takes 3 months notice before I leave............

Hi parv,

Congratulate for he maple leaf on your passport. I need to ask that what was was status on Ecas at the time you got your passport in your hand. Was it showing "Decision made" and the status showing "IN PROCESS".

Hi All,

Can anyone suggest what should i do in below mentioned situations......

1. My DD is of the date of 29th-June-2013 which is not encashed yet. According to bank DD must get represented in bank with in 3 month its issue date. What will be in this case ?
2. My file is still showing "in Process" Status.
3. I am working in UAE and i got my passport submit when i was on vacation in INDIA, It is almost 3 months that i am waiting for my passport.

All are crucial situation and i am really not able to take any decision so far.

Please help me out with your best experience.........................

Also Suggest me what majors should i take now.......

Hi Davinder,
You must give notice to ur company now as u will surely like to leave and settle in Canada as early as possible. and also start looking for the tickets' prices from now on...

Actually, at at his point, you are not in a position to take any decision because ur passport is at the hands of Canadian High commission....
I suggest u to write an email to CIC, NDVO explaining ur plight and ur whole position. and hopefully u may get a positive response. And just pray to God for the early processing of ur file....
I also pray for u in the meantime......

When I got PPR request, after 3 days, eCAS was changed
To DM.

Hi All

If an applicant under AINP family stream had a job when applying to CIO but unemployed when updating forms to VO, will it result in refusal?

Does the applicant need to be employed till the visa is issued?

Anyone with information on the above.

PS: The applicant met the employment requirement at the time of nomination.
