Well they sent me CIIP as well. They are saying that i need to attend orientation regarding this.
Please guide me those got such letter.

Friends I got my medical done on 4 dec and sent my RPRF , MR certificates & passports today by courier it will reach by monday afternoon....please update in sheet....

CHC don't require the E- medical forms at their end, any if you want for your satisfaction you can send a photocopy to them.

Then what is the proof of mr that we have to send .... I have snt the medical certificate to NDVO with RPRF DD and passports...
