NDVO verified each and every thing coz we people are make them like this.....with the fraud immigration...
With some of the fraud we genuine all are suffering .......

Patient is the name to get your dream wish.. If u get it easily then who will remember the NDVO..

I received the MR and RPRF request today. Along with that they are also requested original education transcripts and work experience documents, and FBI clearance.

It is a good news that NDVO has become active.

Now, I am wondering that I had submitted all the documents including FBI letter, education and work documents, so why are they asking for them again?
And, do I really have to send the original educational transcripts, or attested copies will work? I am thinking if they will return the originals or not.

If you read their request letter carefully, it would be only original fbi and pcc. They dont ask for original transcripts. You can email and reconfirm. Fbi and pcc expires after every 12 months.

First of all congrats you are the first one to receive ppr from long list of 25 june
Have u got on saturday or you have updated late
Only pcc you have to send original
And all yr academic doc should be notarised true copy so send them like this

Congrats DrewM...............this news speed up our hopes again.............Tell us abt ur current ECAS status.........if its changed to in process when was it changed....

Actually dont send any original transcripts, send only attested docs.......police related doc should be original

Gurminder :- NDVO can ask for orginal documents and we have to send them as per their request . I have gone through some earlier forums where NDVO has requested the same from some applicants .

Only the point is the check the genuine ness of the documents due to increase in fraudulent applications .

I believe Drew should confirm from ndvo as per return mail and if they don't reply he should send the original documents by a request note to send them back asap after checking all siting the urgency and importance of documents.

They have itemized the required documents, and for the education, they do mention to send the original. But multiple people in this forum have replied saying notarized/attested copies should be fine, so i am going to send that only.

The original FBI certificate that i had sent with the application was done on 28-Sep-2012, so that indeed just got over 12 months, and that explains why they have asked for it again. Getting it directly from FBI takes a long time, and NDVO has asked to respond with all the docs within 45 days. There is a private organization here in US that processes the records, and gives you results very fast in only a couple of days. I had used them for the previous certificate too, so I am going to do the same this time too (hopefully).

I received the email at 2 am on Saturday local time (Central time USA), so i believe that should be 12:30 pm India time on Saturday.
It is interesting to note that they sent the email on Saturday.

Hi Drew,
As per my understanding, original transcripts means translated and certified copies(from notary public) of documents which are not in English. You don't need to send ur original docs at all.
