I dont know on which basis you had made this statement but I will agree with you.......... not completely but a lil bit .. The reason is that my last 3 updates from NDVO were on Friday so somewhere back in my mind I was also thinking the same that in my case ( not for all ) they send updates on friday only .. So I always wait on friday for some update to come .. My last 3 updates are :-

1. April 5th 2013 Friday P.C.C Email from NDVO .
2. Aug 9th 2013 Friday Email from NDVO to send documents for my new
born baby .
3. Sep 6th 2013 Friday M.R , P.P.R Email fron NDVO for my daughter .

I know may be its just a misconception of mine but its good if something comes tomorrow . ( FRIDAY ) 8)

So you shall be completing your anniversary of file processing by the grace of NDVO this 12th. I think when you had applied processing time for provincial nominees was 11 months . Strange * sad but true..
