I have also been asked to submit post secondary degrees/diplomas. Please guide me wshould i have to subit certificated class 12th onwards or class 10th onwards. and notorized copies are required to be sent. please guide me.

Evidence of employment need not be notarized it can be self attested.

All educational certificates you can notarize.

For funds you can provide bank statements, FD certificates etc.

Q:- Have you Submitted all the Docs before When you Submitted CIO Application?

About Birth Certificate you can also send "NON-AVAILABILITY" certificate It can be obtained by Local Birth or Death Registrar.

As far as educational certificates are concerned send all certificates starting for school to college everything you have done since childhood.

Regarding employment if you have worked as freelancer for a certain period you can take reference letters from the clients you free-lanced for this will help. Indicate the actual scope of work plus remuneration details etc.

Self Declaration will do but to collaborate your declaration, reference letters will act as a proof.

You could simply request your clients for the same it should not be a big deal.

Only sending self declaration will prompt them to further scrutinize your claims.

yes bank statement 3 months attested from bank, FD's notrized copy if possible you can attach CA report in CAD.

I did my medicals today. I have been handed over e medical tracking sheet to be submitted to embassy. I received medicals from Colombo. So should I sent it to Colombo visa office?
