I received an email today from IRCC that my application was received. Is this AOR?. I have some questions

1- What are the next steps?
2- This application says

• We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information (does this mean the background check has started?

3- It also says
Review of eligibility - Review of eligibility

• We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. (does this mean they have not finished the Eligibility yet?)
